Product Return Process:

Unused products purchased within 30 days may be eligible for return.

Ensure the product is still in new condition, in the original packaging and is not damaged; products showing usage may be returned to the customer or charged a 25% restocking fee.

Please email us (support@gnarlygorilla.com) or call us at (530) 536-0635 to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

Securely package the product in a box with a copy of your original invoice and write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box and note the tracking number of your return.

Please allow 10 days for your package to be received and processed

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer

Original Shipping charges will not be refunded.  Items qualifying for free shipping will have $9.99 shipping costs deducted from total refund.

A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns

If the return is an error on our part, we will gladly pay for the return shipping and provide you with a shipping label. On all other returns, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. All items should be returned in the ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER packaging, and in NEW condition. Any items returned that was not our error will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

**Exception- GnarlyGorilla.com will not accept returns for ANY ammunition, electronic items, chemicals or liquids.

GnarlyGorilla.com constantly makes improvements to our website and we are always striving to get the most accurate product information including item details, price and images. Sometimes we do get inaccurate information from manufacturers. If you are buying something on our website and are concerned the description could be inaccurate, please contact us before making your purchase. Prices are subject to change. Once your order is placed, there are no refunds or reimbursements if prices do change after you have placed your order. GnarlyGorilla.com is not responsible for typographical, technical or descriptive errors.
